Spot checks – all our commercial cleaning contracts are subject to spot checks by a dedicated manager. This is to ensure our standards don’t slack and also means you have a single point of contact if you need to contact us.
CRB checks – every staff member is CRB checked and signs a confidentiality agreement prior to starting work. These checks are as important to us as they are to you when it comes to peace of mind and guaranteed confidence in the people you are letting into your premises.
Employed by us – as all our cleaners are employed directly, you are not only guaranteed that they have undergone background checks, but you don’t have to worry about holiday cover or sickness which are key issued faced by businesses who employ their own cleaners.
Communications books – our cleaners maintain a check list of activities in a communications book that they will leave at your premises so you can see exactly what cleaning has been done and when. These books are also useful for our clients and cleaners to highlight any problems or issues or for you to leave any special requests or instructions.
